BEYOND THE
COURTROOM.

Welcome to the only corner of the internet where personal injury law meets real life.

I’m a Florida injury lawyer by trade. When I’m not navigating the legal gridiron, you’ll find me swapping courtroom strategy for kitchen strategy, or on two wheels, cycling on the pavement or wherever I can find some gravel or gnarly single track. After beating up insurance companies during the day, chasing down a hidden gem from the Old World, a crisp lager, or the perfect plate of tacos is what I love.

Beyond being a trial lawyer, avid cyclist, skier, gastronome and wine enthusiast, I am a loving father of four wonderful children who were all born in Florida but now live in Sweden, where I spend my summers. In addition to English, I speak fluent Swedish, and I get by fairly well with Spanish and French, which has proved quite useful traveling the wine country of Spain and France.

Around here, we’ll talk law, life, food, cycling, the games we love, and whatever else we want to discuss. Whether it’s football under Friday night lights, fisticuffs on the ice, the Tour de France, a 90th-minute goal that sends the crowd roaring, or what wine to pair with Foie Gras. Think of it as legal insight served with a side of food, drink, and sports talk. Even in the serious world of law, there’s always room for a good laugh and a better pint.
